I'll take a Borne movie over this any day. Mmmmm! Lauren, In all honesty the cold doesn't really change my running schedule because I prefer to run in the cold. <img src='/images/tongue.gif' alt=':P' /> So I just layer up and hit the pavement business as usual style.
